This scooter's single stroke 50cc engine has a fuel efficiency of 100+ MPG, which is more efficient than any car on the market even including hybrids! An automatic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) handles all the shifting and makes riding around town effortless and fun! The GTO 50 has a retractable kick stand that incorporates a safety engine kill switch, so when your scooter is parked on the kick stand, you won't accidentally start the motor unless you are ready to roll. A front hydraulic disc provides powerful, effective braking, giving the GTO an edge over bikes with exclusively drum brakes. Amigo has built this bike with high quality perforated seats that reduce heat and won't stick to your skin. There is an extra large storage compartment located underneath the seat as well as a detachable color-matched rear trunk, so if you don't feel like riding with the trunk, it can be removed. The GTO 50 comes in a selection of beautiful solid colors applied using Amigo's dual stage paint treatment. This gas scooter is EPA, DOT, and CARB approved and is registerable as a street legal vehicle in all 50 states including California.
