Warranty and Service

60 days labor / 120 days parts warranty covers all manufacturer's defects on the engine and engine related parts. Customer pays shipping Piston seizures or stripped bolts, nuts or studs are not warranted under any circumstances. Cheata Bikes will provide customer with parts if covered under warranty, excluding mechanic's labor (small engine repair shop). Customer is required to send damaged parts to manufacturer for inspection. Manufacturer will ship a new part if damaged is determined to be under warranty. Parts are not warranted if customer is unable to install onto their bicycle. Failure to read and follow the maintenance instructions for the motor bicycle voids this warranty.
