WARRANTY is provided by the MANUFACTURER BW INC/Family Go Karts offers the original purchaser a ONE YEAR Warranty on all parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse. BW INC/Family Go Karts assumes no liability for labor charges made in performance of this Warranty. Phoenix Generators are very easy to work on and most individuals with a small amount of mechanical ability can repair the generator. If you are not able to handle the repair yourself, any local dealer in your area that services small engines should be able to do it for you. This Warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from misuse, abuse, or shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll let you know the lead time for the part. In some cases, the parts may have to be shipped from China and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. All transportation cost is the responsibility of the owner of the Phoenix generator. BW INC/Family Go Karts assumes no liability for labor charges made in performance of this Warranty. All Warranties are voided if the generator is rented, used under abnormal conditions, or subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. BW Inc./Family Go Karts is not liable for any damage claim or liability claim, personal or otherwise resulting from operation of this generator in any way. All transportation charges for items returned for Warranty evaluation and/or replacement are to be borne by the customer. RETURN INFORMATION |

If up to 45 days of owning your product, you decide you don't want your product for any reason, call and get a return authorization and just send it back to us and we'll gladly refund your money. Deductions will apply on missing or damaged merchandise/parts. This return policy does not apply to generators that have had alterations, abuse, negligence or an accident and have not had proper maintenance or assembly. Shipping expense is not refundable nor reimbursable for any reason. Merchandise will not be accepted for return unless authorized. Please call 320-695-2899 and ask for returns to get your return number and the correct shipping address. THERE WILL BE A $99.98 return, handling, stocking & original shipping charge for any returned Generators. |
