It is always our recommendation to know and follow all safety training or direction set forth by your local, state and federal governmental agencies. Familygokarts.com joins others in reaching a primary goal of promoting safe and responsible use of ATVs, ultimately reducing the risks of accidents and injuries that may and will result from improper ATV operation by the rider. For safety information Familygokarts.com recommends that you research and read the information provided to you by www.atvsafety.org. You can also enroll in an ATV Rider Course, by calling 800-887-2887. Familygokarts.com also recommends that you wear protective gear, such as but not limited to eye protection, DOT approved helmet, proper clothing and appropriate footwear when riding an ATV. All children under the age of 16 should be supervised during riding times. ATVs are not toys and can be dangerous with improper use. Never ride on public roads, never carry a passenger. Only ride an ATV that is appropriate for the age of the driver. Always pay attention to your ATV's maintenance. WARRANTY is provided by the MANUFACTURER: Hensim Sports

Hensim offers the original purchaser 7 Month Warranty on all parts except for tires, batteries,
battery covers, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse.
|
|
Hensim stocks a wide variety of parts and if a warranted part needs replacement; the customer might
need to first send Hensim the part and they will ship it within 3 days if they have it in stock.
If they do not currently have the part in stock, it may have to be imported from China, which could
take up to 1-3 weeks.
|
|
Hensim ATVs are very easy to work on and most individuals with a small amount of mechanical ability
can repair the ATV. If you are not able to handle the repair yourself, any local dealer in your area
that services motorcycles or scooters should be able to do it for you.
|
|
This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts such or damaged parts from accidents, abuse,
or shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll ship the part
within 3 days, or let you know the lead time for the part. In some cases, the parts may have to
be shipped from China and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. All transportation cost is the
responsibility of the owner of the ATV. Hensim assumes no liability for labor charges made in
performance of this Warranty.

All Warranties are voided if the vehicle has been altered for use in racing or competition, rented,
used under abnormal conditions, or subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. Hensim
along with BW Inc./FamilyGoKarts.com is not liable for any damage claim or liability claim, personal
or otherwise resulting from operation of this vehicle in any way. All transportation charges for items
returned for warranty evaluation and/or replacement are to be borne by the Customer.
