This warranty policy applies to those cases where the new seller vehicle is unloaded from
it shipping container, set up and delivered by an authorized dealer (or its trucking carrier),
and under use and service is found to have defects in parts or workmanship under the following
terms and conditions:

The parts on the unit are covered for 90 days. Blade Powersports,Inc. will cover replacement
parts that are found to be defective in material or workmanship.
If deemed necessary. the defective part might be requested to be returned pre-paid to Blade
Powersports,Inc. for warranty inspection before final warranty decision will be made.
Normal wear items such as chains, sprockets, clutches, torque converters, throttle and brake
cables, brake pads, tires, fasteners, and lights are not covered as they are subject to excessive
wear and abuse. Also, turn signals on models that are equipped with them are not covered under
any warranty.

The engine and engine related components are covered for 180 days. Blade Powersports,Inc.
will cover replacement parts found to be defective in material or workmanship.
The defective part must be returned pre-paid to Blade Powersports,Inc. for warranty inspection
before a final warranty decision will be made. Normal wear items such as filter, belt,
spark plug, fluids, and fasteners are not covered as they are subject to excessive wear and abuse.

This warranty does not apply to any part, which in opinion of the seller was defective because
of improper maintenance, improper assembly, alterations, abuse, negligence, or accident. Should
warranty service be required, please contact your local/internet Blade dealer. This warranty
does not cover loss of use of the seller vehicle, loss of time, inconvenience, or other
consequential damage which includes, but is not limited to, loss or damage to persons or property
or any expense of returning any damaged units to the seller distributor or its authorized dealer.
All warranties are voided if the vehicle has been altered for use in racing or competition,
or rented. Blade Powersports,Inc. reserves the right to make changes in this warranty without notice.

GoKart Specifications and Changes
The Gokart information, pictures and specifications on this website is
believed to be accurate and reliable but can't be definite as the
manufacturer has the right to make changes without notice. The manufacturer
reserves the right to change product specifications, designs and standard
equipment without notice and without incurring obligation. These vehicles
are not designed or manufactured for racing or use on rental track, public
streets, public roads, highways or right-of-ways. Always wear an approved
helmet and eye protection when riding. Always secure loose clothing and long
hair. Completely read the operation manual(s) before using the gokart and follow
all set-up directions correctly.
Cleaning and Oiling the Air Filter
It is very important that the air filter be cleaned and oiled on a regular
basis. Every 10-20 hours. It should be cleaned more often if it is operated
in dusty areas. Foam filter oil is necessary for proper filtration. Filter
cleaning and oiling instructions are located in the owner's manual. If you
